As to whether a CBCS grade is relevant to a discussion, to me that depends on what the discussion is about. Over time this bag seam will indent the comic book and reduce the grade. I have seen a lot of CGC 9.8s with color breaking spine bends or back cover color rubs. I have only seen one, litterly one, CBCS comic that was a 9.8 with a spine bend, but it didn't break color. That being said, it can probably still fall ....
